I Really enjoyed the process of this shot. It was taken with a longer exposure to capture the movement of the water around the shell as the wave moved back
Flow
This image is the result of a trip to the beach and some experimentation with longer exposures. I loved the result.
Landing Gear
Bee in flight getting ready to harvest some pollen.
Floating
To capture a bee in flight is incredibly difficult. They are fast, I generally end up with about twenty decent shots and 100 duds in any shoot.
Lyndoch lavender Farm
This is one of my favourite bee shots. I love the detail in his little bee face.
Worker Bee
Bee hard at work at Lyndoch Lavender Farm, I really love the little pollen sacks on their leg
Wild
My brother in law spotted this bee hive in a tree in some bush land. It was really special to see
Leaf
Spiral shell
Lowhead beach is literally made up of shells and stones. Our children dug down to see how far the stones went and all they found was more rock.
Checkers
I was fascinated with the pattern on this shell. I spent some time lying on the stones and pebbles trying to get a good shot.
Striped
Love this shell that I found at Lowhead.
Spiral
We visited Lowhead on our trip to Tasmania. I was fascinated by the amount and type of shells and rocks that were on the beach.
