I fell in love with Cataract Gorge in Launceston. I really wish that I had been able to spend more time there. It is an incredibly beautiful place with so many amazing things to see. I think my favourite thing about it, it that it is pretty much smack bang in the centre of town. It is one of the crazy contrasts in Launceston that make it such an interesting place to visit.
